These terms apply to the text message program operated by Waldrop Advisory LLC (“Waldrop Advisory,” “we,” “us”).
Program. The WALDROP ADVISOR text message program includes discovery call confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on inquiries, notices about new insights, books, workshops, and events, and information about our advisory services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Texts and calls from us display as WALDROP ADVISOR.
Consent. You receive messages only if you opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, texting a keyword we publish, or giving consent in writing. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Frequency. Message frequency varies, typically no more than [4] messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing privacy@waldropadvisory.com.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, email privacy@waldropadvisory.com, or call (828) 707-7484.
Carriers. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Timing. We send messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone, based on the area code and address information we have.
Privacy. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Changes. We may change these terms or end the program at any time. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
